CoLab Student Membership
FREE to students in partnership with the UWEC Entrepreneur Program.
The CoLab Student Membership Program is a partnership with the UWEC Entrepreneur Program for students to have access to CoLab's coworking space for work on their own entrepreneurial ventures or to engage with startups and entrepreneurs in Eau Claire through internships and other work opportunities.
Any UWEC Student, Faculty, or Staff can receive up to THREE (3) Punch Cards to CoLab each semester.
A Punch Card gives you FIVE (5) Day Passes to use (enter) CoLab during business hours and work for the day.
If you are a frequent user and redeem all fifteen day passes in one semester, we will upgrade you to full membership for the remainder of the semester!
This program is subject to change without notice at the direction of the UWEC Entrepreneur Program or CoLab.
Day Pass Use
Day Passes allow you to enter CoLab during business hours (M-F; 9a-5p) and stay as long as you like.
Day Pass users receive access to our non-reserved desks and common areas throughout the space.
In addition, complimentary coffee and snacks, use of the kitchen, printing, phone booth rentals, and office supplies are all included with Day Passes.
If you require access outside of business hours, CoLab staff can work with you and attempt to accommodate your needs!

Key Fob (24/7 Access)
$25 One-Time
Once you upgrade to full membership (after using all THREE (3) Punch Cards), you can purchase a Key Fob. This one-time $25 charge grants you 24/7 access to the space.
A Virtual Mailbox allows you to receive mail at CoLab by using our business address as your own and manage that mail from anywhere using our virtual platform, PilotoMail.
