Whether you’re just starting your new business or have a long-established one, you want to make sure that you stand out from the competition. How you present your business makes a difference.
Your garage may be the perfect spot when you work remotely, but there are times when you need to meet your team or clients in person. Coffee shops can be noisy places to meet and don’t have all the AV equipment you need while hotel venues are usually designed for large gatherings and have high costs. Conference room rentals provide the perfect solution for the savvy business owner. Read on to learn how.
The rise of temporary workspaces and remote working technology means that many businesses do not need to purchase large office spaces, if at all. However, that doesn’t negate the need for professional spaces to meet and discuss important business matters. The atmosphere of a dedicated conference room creates an impression of professionalism that is impossible to recreate in a public space.
Renting a professional boardroom shows clients that you take their needs seriously and are willing to go that extra mile to make sure their needs will be well taken care of by your company. Even well-established enterprise companies can make good use of conference room rentals when their own meeting rooms are overbooked.
Meetings today have gone a long way since slides or clumsy presentations. Apart from 4K displays and great audio equipment, you may need additional tech that supports seamless PowerPoint Presentations, conference calling or webcam-equipped facilities for hybrid meetings. High speed Wi-Fi connectivity for all your attendees has become a necessity too. CoLab’s conference room rentals are equipped with the latest technology to make sure your meetings run smoothly.
Some companies choose to use conference room rentals on a regular basis simply because of the easy availability of the latest technology without the overheads that come with updating those at their offices.
Privacy is another factor to consider when choosing a meeting space. Meeting room rentals allow you to discuss your business away from eavesdroppers to keep your sensitive data confidential.
A central location is ideal when you’re planning meetings for colleagues or clients from multiple locations. Our location is strategically located in the heart of downtown Eau Claire on South Barstow Street. It’s easy for your clients and colleagues to commute to and from your meeting with plenty of parking available for those who need it via the City’s Passport Parking System.
Conference room rentals come in different sizes. This means you can find a space that is the right fit for the number of attendees. A space that is too small can start feeling cramped while a larger event space like a hotel venue for a small number of people can feel empty. At CoLab, we offer meeting rooms of various sizes so you can pick (and only pay for) what you need.
More Than Just Meetings
Conference room rentals can be used for more than just meetings. At CoLab, we offer our spaces for larger company functions too. You can use them for informal team gatherings, events, brainstorming sessions, and a whole lot more. What’s more is that you have access to our kitchen, coffee bar, and office supply station too. We can help you plan the room setup, offer printing facilities, and even recommend catering options so that your conference or event goes off without a hitch.
