Lunch & Learn: Customer Clarity
During this Lunch & Learn session (originally hosted on April 8, 2020), Laura Benjamin, Brand Strategist and Owner of Satellite Six walks participants through the Customer Avatar worksheet.
Are you frustrated by putting money and effort into marketing that doesn’t deliver outcomes you want?
Is your website failing to generate traffic or leads?
Do you feel like customers just don’t “get” your business?
Then this workshop is for you.
The best brands - big or small - understand the value of obsessing about their customer. There is nothing more valuable to your business than a thorough understanding of what your customer cares about most.
This awareness and connection is what separates winning businesses from businesses that flounder and fail, because only when a business truly knows their audience can they inspire and influence them.
At this event, you will learn how to create a Customer Avatar profile your customer and how to make the right choices in your own marketing using the Customer Avatar as your guide.
You’ll leave with a clear understanding of the type of customer you want to reach, how to think deeper than basic demographics, and how to use the components of the Customer Avatar we build together as the building blocks of your own brand strategy.
