About the Event

Great companies are mindful of their company culture. It started as a trend with the Millennial generation and has been solidified as one of the top reasons that Gen Z chooses to work with a company. Volunteering is the outward expression of a company’s culture. According to Employee Benefit News, “...time dedicated specifically to volunteering can show employees your organization values community involvement and helping others” with a third of employees expecting paid time off for volunteering as an employee benefit.

If your company is ready to formally offer PTO for volunteering or has for a while, we invite you to join us for an informal workshop to discuss how to get the most out of this company culture defining employee benefit.

Nicole Sdao, Founder/CEO of Altruize will discuss the metrics

  • The benefits for the employees’ mental health
  • The benefits for productivity
  • How to keep employees engaged

Amy O’Connor is a Partner Marketing Specialist Jamf Software will discuss their personal experience

  • Why did they bring it in when they did
  • How do they experience the benefits
  • What do they see as the future in company culture cultivating

There will be time for Q&A and of course networking.

We look forward to helping you bring your company culture to life!

This event is made possible in collaboration with Milky Way Tech Hub, CoLab, Altruize, and Jamf
