Stacy Whaley-
As the Founding CEO of Fire Up & Lead, Stacy Whaley is passionate about her mission of empowering leaders and transforming workplace cultures into enjoyable, healthy, and productive work environments where everyone feels valued, supported, and empowered!
Stacy started her career at a local utility company, where she began her leadership and personal development journey. Itchy to move up the corporate ladder faster, she took a leap of faith and promotion at another company. She quickly realized how important culture and values were to workplace satisfaction and employee wellbeing.
She continued to work for different companies; however, her dissatisfaction with leadership grew each year, seeing the same lack of integrity and accountability no matter the industry or size of the company. Seeing a critical need for leadership skills development, in 2016, she took the bull by the horns and opened her own business, Fire Up and Lead! Today she’s helping companies and leaders all over the country reach their full potential.
Like many women she wears a lot of hats besides entrepreneur, she is the proud wife of 24 years, mom of five boys, and the Glamma to two beautiful grand babies. As a fifth generation Chippewa Fallsian she is passionate about supporting her community and is known to be an equal opportunity volunteer-er. She’ll run that 5K, sign up for your golf outing, and buy your fundraising chocolates! She supports her community as an Election Inspector, an Advisory Board member of the Eau Claire Women’s Business Center and as the Business Resource Chair of the Northwest Wisconsin Junior Achievement.
